Bev keeps us organized, compliant, and fully stocked…ensuring we never miss a beat. From managing cleaning schedules to keeping up with rules and regulations, she’s the reason our operations run so smoothly. Bev has even braved wild weather to make sure the gym opens on time!​

You’ll often find Lacey’s smiling face at the front desk, assisting members with care and enthusiasm. Behind the scenes, she supports Rock Steady Boxing and you can also find her working out with her favorite trainer. Lacey brings heart to everything she does.
