BARRE

A workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates, Barre will help you improve your stability, balance, and core strength.

BETTER POSTURE



BOXING

Having great posture is essential for efficient movement. In this class you will do gentle strength and mobility movements to achieve your best posture.

This is a high-intensity interval workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work with athletic drills. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.

CIRCUIT STRENGTH & CIRCUIT 101

A full body circuit workout that will leave you feeling stronger than ever!

CORE & MORE

A strong body starts with a strong core! Your core includes everything from your shoulders to your hips and all movement originates from your core. We’ll use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to strengthen your core and improve your functional movement.

CYCLE

This high-energy, low-impact cycle class mixes cardiovascular training with awesome music to help you get more fit while you have fun!

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

PILOXING

A cardio workout fusion of standing pilates, boxing, and dance that will get your blood pumping!

POUND

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

This high intensity class combines strength and cardio intervals to help you perform your best in your sport or your daily life.

SHINE, CARDIO DANCE, ZUMBA

Our cardio-inspired dance fitness classes are all high energy and fun! Come dance with us and have an amazing workout!

STRETCH & STRENGTH 

This low impact class focusing on mobility and core strength will leave you feeling amazing!

STRONG

High intensity interval training that is choreographed with fitness and martial art inspired movements. Synced to music, this is a fun and energetic workout! 

SWEAT & SHRED

Sweat & Shred is a fun and challenging class that will focus on providing participants with an amazing full body workout. Each class will be unique in structure (circuit, pyramid, tabata, etc) and will feature various equipment each week. Join us for this energetic class!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Designed to improve your strength and conditioning, this total body workout will combine bodyweight, cardio, and core exercises to help you move better. 

TOTAL BODY TABATA

Tabata style intervals allow you to push harder while you build strength and endurance.

YOGA

Connect your mind and body while you stretch and relax to recover from your high intensity workouts and improve your wellbeing. 

YOGA SCULPT

Traditional yoga blended with strength for a total body workout that will leave you feeling fabulous.
