BARRE

A workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates, Barre will help you improve your stability, balance, and core strength.

BETTER POSTURE




CARDIO DANCE

Having great posture is essential for efficient movement. In this class you will do gentle strength and mobility movements to achieve your best posture.

Fun, upbeat class combining easy to follow low impact cardio moves with core strengthening, creating a fire metabolism and a strong balanced body.

CORE & MORE BLAST

A strong body starts with a strong core! Your core includes everything from your shoulders to your hips and all movement originates from your core. We’ll use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to strengthen your core and improve your functional movement.

GET YOUR BOOTY BACK

This high-energy, low-impact cycle class mixes cardiovascular training with awesome music to help you get more fit while you have fun!

 

Lower body strength workout to lift and tone your booty.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP® is a full-body strength training class using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Set to energizing music and guided by motivating instructors, this barbell workout targets all major muscle groups—helping you tone, sculpt, and build muscular endurance. Whether you're new to lifting or a seasoned pro, BODYPUMP delivers results you can feel.

SHINE, CARDIO DANCE, ZUMBA

Our cardio-inspired dance fitness classes are all high energy and fun! Come dance with us and have an amazing workout!

STRONG

High intensity interval training that is choreographed with fitness and martial art inspired movements. Synced to music, this is a fun and energetic workout! 

TOTAL BODY BALANCE & STRENGTH

Designed to improve your strength and conditioning, this total body workout will combine bodyweight, cardio, and core exercises to help you move better. 

*UNDERGROUND BOOTCAMP

This high intensity class combines strength and cardio intervals to help you perform your best in your sport or your daily life.

*Check your membership to see if this Small Group Personal Training Bootcamp is available with your current membership. If not, ask the front desk how you can take advantage of these specialized classes!

Connect your mind and body while you stretch and relax to recover from your high intensity workouts and improve your wellbeing.
