Mike Marsh

Mike is a lifelong athlete, sports lover, and competition seeker at heart. Pushing his limits has always been part of who he is, especially when it comes to overcoming fear. He used to hate heights and roller coasters — now he chases them. He lives by the belief that if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

He has always enjoyed working with others and helping them find their own strength. His personal training journey began after he found himself missing the crew team in college and moved to Utah to become a ski instructor. That experience sparked his passion for mountain sports and led him to earn certifications in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition. Since then, he has fully immersed himself in the world of fitness, committed to helping others conquer their goals and discover what they’re capable of.

When he’s not training, you can find him outdoors - hiking, biking, skiing, or spending time on the lake.
