Register now for a FREE week of the Student-Athlete Bootcamp - Starting July 27th
The Bootcamp will focus on helping your student gain strength and work toward their goals.
Our certified fitness trainers will guide them through 1 hour of circuit training, then 1 hour of skills and drills - 3 times a week.
Get their agility and conditioning on the top of their game!
It starts on Monday, July 27th so don't wait to get them registered!

Q: What days/times will the Bootcamp be held?
A. The Bootcamp will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm
Q: Where will the Bootcamp be held?
A: At The Downtown Gym in Laconia. 171 Fair Street, Laconia, NH 03246
Q: What safety measures are being taken in regards to Covid?
A. At the Downtown Gym, we have been following CDC guidelines to keep our members as safe as possible, while still being able to stay active. We do temp checks, maintain social distancing, and have enhanced our cleaning procedures.
Q: What is the minimim age for a child to attend the Bootcamp?
A. All participants must be 13 years of age due to the design of the physical activity of the camp.
Q: Does my child need special equipment?
A: We will provide all the equipment and instruction they need. Just be sure they arrive in workout appropriate clothing, and bring water and a great attitude!
Q: How much does the Bootcamp cost?
A: The first week (July 27-31) is absolutely free to you. We want you to experience the camp and decide if you love it before purchasing the full bootcamp.
