Join this group training for Pickleball strength and injury prevention. Ensure you are utilizing proper form and technique to excel at your Pickleball game and minimize injuries.
Mondays, March 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st from 11 AM - 12 PM
Minimum of four participants to run the program, maximum of six
