Health and Fitness at the Downtown Gym

We are proud to offer a variety of health and fitness options at the Downtown Gym! Everything from 1 on 1 to daily group classes and targeted weight loss programs and we're adding new options all the time. We listen to our members and create options based on your feedback.

           GROUP CLASSES

 

Group classes are offered 7 days a week starting as early as 5:45am and as late as 6:00pm. We offer a wide variety of options, including Les Mills BODYPUMP™, Piloxing, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Drumming and more!            PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking for a more focused, customized workout? We offer private individual and small group training at the Downtown Gym! Meet with our trainers to design a health and fitness program around your individual needs and goals. Call today to speak with one of our trainers!

           CYCLING

 

Looking for a fun and motivating spin class? Our state of the art studio will get your heart rate up and burn those calories! Whether you're training for the next triathlon or just a weekend warrior, these classes will test your limits while having a great time!

           SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS
